After cars and motorbikes, product photography is what makes up the most of the rest of my business. I mainly shoot auto electrical products but have added a number of personal projects to my portfolio. The ones I've showcased below are my wifes "The Horse" watch, a JBL portable speaker and some Ray Bans sunglasses.

This is the latest Evolve Technik modified BMW F80 M3, built by Perth workshop Racing Dynamics - who are located in Malaga. I was asked to photograph the car so both companies could use the images on their websites and social media pages.
The work carried out on the car netted 441.6hp at the wheels, and an aggressive look. Details below:

This was my first feature with Performance VW Magazine in the UK - a 7-page feature on Cameron's wild Mk6 Golf R.
Running a GTX3071 turbo on the 2.0L engine it pumps out around 400hp atw.

I photographed this tough supercharged BMW E90 M3 recently for Performance BMW Magazine in the UK.
The built S65 4.0L V8 runs the worlds first positive displacement supercharger (R1740) kit from Harrop and is putting out about 500hp at the wheels. On the outside it features a set of 19" Varrstoen ES6 wheels.

Back in March this year I flew to Sydney to spend two days with the new "entry level" supercar from Lamborghini - the 610hp Huracan. Peter Anderson (journalist for Box Magazine) and I explored the Royal National Park and the area around the stunning Sea Cliff Bridge - great areas for both testing the cars capabilities and scenic photography locations.
Since it was a short trip I was travelling light and only had my Sony A7R, a tripod and a single Profoto B1. The weather and the matte paint finish on the Huracan were both very favourable.

When Chris, the owner of the supercharged orange E92 M3 previously featured on this site, told me he had bought a motorbike I knew it would end up being something special.
Sure enough, he couldn't leave his Ducati 899 Panigale stock for long - going all out and fitting it with a 1199 single sided swingarm along with a host of other goodies.

I was recently contacted by Victoria from Photofinity Studios advising me of their new Perth photography studio which features Perths only infinity curve cyclorama, perfect for the kind of work I do!
After some recent discussions with Tim from Velocity Race Team I thought they would be perfect for my first booking at Photofinity. They required some shots of their motorbikes for use in a calendar and general promotional material so we worked out the details and made it happen.
We had all four of the teams bikes in the studio, which consisted of the two stunning 2015 Yamaha R1's, an R6 and the ZX-10R drag bike.
The facilities were fantastic and I look forward to my next job there! Enjoy the photos, all of which were taken on my Sony A7R.
It seems I attract (or chase?) customers that own red Italian bikes, not that I'm complaining.
Here is another I shot recently, a beautiful example of the Aprilia RSV4 with an amazing sounding Arrow exhaust.
These photos were taken with my Sony A7R and Zeiss 55mm F1.8 lense. Lighting was a mixture of natural, strobe (Profoto B1) and LED panel.
I thought I would combine two recent experiences with the utterly brilliant Ferrari 458 Speciale.
The first was in Sydney where Karl Peskett and I got the keys to the press car for a couple of days. We did a lot of driving and both couldn't get enough of the car. One of my favourite journalists, Chris Harris, actually arrived in town a couple of days later and took the exact same car for his own review!

More recently I caught up with two brothers in Perth who both ordered a Speciale.
It is currently my absolute dream car, it provides everything I want in a car.

The July issue of CEO Magazine has hit the shelves, and inside is Karl Pesketts review and my photos of the 2015 Lexus RC F.
The editor requested "simple and natural" looking photos for the article, so that meant leaving the Profoto B1 at home. Just me, my Sony A7R and Zeiss 55mm. As it turned out it was an overcast day which is always handy with black cars!
I had this car for 36hrs and really enjoyed it, big step up from the ISF. Check out the current issue of CEO Magazine for Karls more detailed thoughts.
